Experienced Credit Analyst

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for a number of the important credit functions of the bank, including financial spreads, financial analysis for commercial clients, preparation of loan approval reports and assisting with the bank’s lending efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input financial statement data to spreadsheet program.
  • Analyze personal & company financial statements and tax returns.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for loan approvals.
  • Recommend loan term/structure alternatives for consideration by loan officers.
  • Prepare periodic reporting and analysis for management.
  • Work on complex projects & transactions with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting/finance or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, professional, fast paced individual.
  • Prior credit analysis experience is required.

Office Assistant

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, is responsible for assisting the Financial & Operations Administrator in Building, Audit and Personnel Administration. The Office Assistant provides administrative assistance to other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and present information regarding potential vendors.
  • Communicate with vendors to establish standards.
  • Complete a wide range of computer tasks including correspondence, reports, tables, agreements and other documentation needed.
  • Fulfill orders of non office related supplies (cleaning, restroom, kitchen, etc.).
  • Assist with the performance of various financial, operational and compliance audits.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Contact service providers for equipment repair, if needed.
  • Improve and maintain the aesthetics of the building.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events, associate training and other activities.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, or as the situation dictates.
  • Ability to work varying shifts (opening, mid-day and closing).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, professional, fast paced individual.
  • One to two years of administrative level support preferred.
