Cathy Lincoln, Chairman of the Board

Mrs. Lincoln is a retired pharmaceutical representative who resides in Lee’s Summit. Mrs. Lincoln and her husband are co-owners of the very successful Ultrax, Inc., a high-tech designer and manufacturer of electronic equipment used in military aircraft. Mrs. Lincoln earned a degree in communication from the University of Alabama and her Master of Business Administration from Samford University. She is a licensed pilot and volunteers her time at Powell Gardens.

David Charles Chinnery, President, CEO and Director

Mr. Chinnery graduated from Westminster College in 1991 with a degree in business administration and pursued his banking career at that time. He currently resides in Lee’s Summit and has lived in the area for nearly two decades. Mr. Chinnery is an active member of the Blue Springs Economic Development Council and the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Chinnery remains a dedicated volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and serves on the Board of Directors for the Heart of America Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Bankers Association.

Lester Ham, Director and Secretary of the Board

Mr. Ham is a Kansas City native, a life-long entrepreneur and has been active in Scouting since childhood. He is an active member on the board of directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Heart of America Council, and he served on its executive committee for five years. Currently he serves as a board member at large for the Council. Mr. Ham and his wife also fund raise and serve on committees for a variety of groups and charitable causes.

Young Sexton, Director

Ms. Sexton started WingGate Travel in 1991 and has owned and operated it since that time. Over the years, she has been honored with several small business and entrepreneurial awards. Ms. Sexton also serves in the following civic organizations: Founder and President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City; board member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City; board member of the Mid-America Minority Business Development Council; and Chairman of the Board of the Korean American Cultural Center.

Duston Weisenborn, Vice President, CCO and Director

Mr. Weisenborn graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in business administration and management in 2008. Weisenborn is one of the original bank founders of Adams Dairy Bank and worked his way up through the ranks to assistant vice president and loan officer. After leaving in 2013 for a brief period, he returned as vice president and chief credit officer at Adams Dairy Bank and also serves on the MBA Young Bankers Board of Directors.
