Adams Dairy Bank Names Tammy McFerran Chief Deposit Officer
BLUE SPRINGS, MO. (April 10, 2014) – Adams Dairy Bank today announced that Tammy McFerran has been appointed Chief Deposit Officer. McFerran is the first to fill this new senior position for the bank, leading the client service team.
As Chief Deposit Officer, McFerran will direct the overall operation of the bank’s deposit and retail functions, ensuring success, growth and profitability. Her primary focus will be to lead the deposit department in maintaining and expanding relationships as ambassadors of the bank. McFerran will also make certain that all operational and compliance guidelines are achieved consistently. She will play a vital role in supporting and further developing Adams Dairy Bank’s culture of extraordinary service, expertise and community involvement.

McFerran has nearly 25 years of experience in all levels of banking, beginning her career at Bank of America as a teller and working her way through various positions to Vice President, Branch Manager. She was an Assistant Vice President, Regional Customer Service Manager at M&I Bank and most recently Vice President, Project Management, Training and Development at Country Club Bank before joining Adams Dairy Bank.
